• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted or terminated access.
4. Free Trials
Free trials may be offered at our discretion. At the end of a trial, the subscription converts to paid unless canceled before trial expiration.
5. License Grant
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QuickPlumb for internal business or personal use only.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer, distribute, sublicense, or bypass licensing or security mechanisms.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Availability and Updates

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or unpaid subscriptions.
