- Description of Service
QuickPlumb (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides subscription-based plumbing design software (“Service”). Payments, subscriptions, and renewals are processed by Paddle.com (“Paddle”), our authorized merchant of record.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement.
- Subscriptions and Billing (Paddle)
- Paddle acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing, taxes, and invoicing.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- Subscription status (active, past due, canceled) is determined by Paddle.
- Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted or terminated access.
- Free Trials
Free trials may be offered at our discretion. At the end of a trial, the subscription converts to paid unless canceled through Paddle before trial expiration.
- License Grant
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QuickPlumb for internal business or personal use only.
- Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer, distribute, sublicense, or bypass licensing or security mechanisms.
- Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, and content remain the exclusive property of QuickPlumb.
- Availability and Updates
Service availability is not guaranteed. Updates and changes may occur without notice.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or unpaid subscriptions as reported by Paddle.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickPlumb shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
